Water Heaters
Water heater replacement in Lowell, MA and southern New Hampshire
Hot water back. Installed to code. Built to last.
Leaking tanks, oil-fired units on their last year, propane bills that do not make sense, and tankless when a basement flood has already made the point.
We replace traditional tanks, heat pump water heaters, tankless units, electric, gas, propane, and oil-fired heaters. Code extras are not optional: mixing valves, expansion tanks charged correctly, drain pans that actually drain, leak shutoffs when you travel.
- 40- and 50-gallon tank replacements
- Bradford White G2 heat pump water heaters, including 65-gallon
- Tankless water heaters
- Oil-fired to heat pump conversions
- Propane power-vented replacements
- Emergency / same-day swaps when stock is available
- Mixing valves, expansion tanks, vacuum breakers
- FloodStop-style leak shutoffs
- Pairing new heaters with filtration so scale does not kill the unit

Why heat pump / tankless come up
Heat pump units pull heat from the air, cut utility cost, and often qualify for Energy Star rebates. We have paired them with solar and with Halo conditioners.
Tankless is endless hot water and a smaller footprint — the right call after an 80-gallon tank puts an inch of water on the basement floor.

How fast can you replace a leaking water heater?
If we can get the unit, the same day is possible. Call. Do not wait on a text.
Do you set expansion tanks correctly?
Yes. An uncharged tank fails early. We charge them.
Will a heat pump work in my basement?
Often. We will tell you if the space, electric, and drain setup are wrong for it.
