I have city water. Do I still need this?
City water is treated. It is not the same as finished water at the tap. Chlorine and scale are hard on skin, heaters, and valves.
Is this a salt softener?
The Halo systems we install most are not traditional salt softeners. If a salt system is the right tool, we will say so.
